Has anyone ever used InsightSquared to improve the sales process? Pros & Cons Please

I'm in the process of finally building out SFDC at a company that is pre-IPO doing roughly $200MM/year. Aside from the fact that it's mind blowing companies can get here without having Salesforce set up, we're looking into understanding how long the sales process is while identifying where in the deal we are doing well and where we aren't. Someone reached out about InsightSquared but the only feature we've tried so far is the virtual leaderboard (kind of cool but not worth buying).

I can ask my sales ops manager about this more tomorrow but if I remember correctly...the company I work for used to use insightsquared but moved away from it because it was too costly and not much value. I know they have been looking into Xactly since they recently acquired TopOpps.ย
