Has anyone here had to do a CCAT test as part of a hiring process?

Apparently I missed the cut off by one point. Maybe I should have taken this more seriously?

Is it because I live in a country where cannabis in legal?

I did an aptitude test before joining the army, some companies run them to make sure you're not just BSing the interview.

Some also do personality testing to make sure you're the right fit. I don't think it has anything to do with you living in the great white north.

No clue what it is...

Cognitive aptitude test? If so, not sure what that would have to do with Cannabis.

If that's what it is, then it's to determine how quickly you can pick up new concepts/ideas - they're trying to figure out how fast you can ramp and if you can keep up.

CCAT=Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. Here in Canada, we used to take these in school here to see if we would go into the "enrichment program".Every year, the class would get smaller and smaller.

Eventually, it was just me and a teacher. She was nice.

Did I have fun in recess with kids who got booted from the program? You betcha!

Did I eventually tank the test on purpose? Also true!

Why is HR making me relive my childhood trauma?
