If yes how did it go and did the person you found fit the bill? Im assuming most candidates are in the SaaS field, is this the case? And if they were, were candidates largely willing to consider moving to another industry not SaaS related?
Im curious because we are having a heck of a time trying to hire someone and i'm pushing HR towards Bravado to hire.
Question is for those hiring, not hired.
We have about 100 employers on the platform (about 20 just onboarded in the last week). If you want an intro to any of those who have officially hired folks then feel free to DM me or Sahil and we'll connect you.ย
From the placement side: We've placed (Hired) enough candidates that we were able to raise a $26M Series B. In raising a Series B, Tiger Global, did weeks of diligence around our numbers including number of employers, candidates etc.ย I like to believe their diligence was more thorough than any of yours here in this thread.ย
Over the last 9 months we put all our resources into Bravado Jobs. The War Room has been neglected. We have an issue converting job seekers to War Room participants and we just hired a Product Manager to work on it.ย
If you haven't been placed yet, there are several potential reasons:ย
1) We've circulated your resume and non of our employers have asked to speak with you.
2) theres not enough data on your profile or role yet that matches your experience. (we really try to match candidates/employers based on a bunch of data points)
3) These things take time and were trying to hire internally to match demand
4) You're not as good as you think you are.ย ย
Y'all can whine all you want about the folks who posted about getting jobs through Bravado. They were/are real. We asked them to post about their experience. They did. Did they come back to the War Room and see this post? It would appear not. Wonder why when they get flamed half the time lol.ย
Here's one of those posts:ย https://bravado.co/war-room/posts/bravo-bravado-for-matching-me-with-the-hottest-startup
