Has anyone used chorus or refract.ai?

In terms of a feature set Chorus and refract are similar to each other but nobody is coming close to what Gong can offer and their ability to easily integrate to the Email and CRM systems.

What i noticed about refract is their coaching capabilities:
- video or audio feedback on demos and calls
- create “challenges” where you can share audio tips or send a challenge to reps about a talking track and have reps submit their response
