Yes, lots of threads on it already so I would suggest checking those out. Long story short we had to turn it off because prospects/customers did not want to be recorded and it was a nightmare in scenarios we did not have NDAs yet.

It's very good and worth it but also expensive and they have a minimum seat requirement. All that said it definitely pays for itself by helping to win a few deals. But they're a cult, worth stating before you buy

Nothing to be concerned about but all their reps are like carbon copies of one another

LOVE it!! Check out the other threads,  I think I've chimed in on it before but definitely recommend. I love being able to go back and watch my calls and pick up things I didn't originally catch (or perhaps forgot). Also great for training. I watch my colleagues calls and have learned so much from them and obviously a great tool for new AE's too

It was weird at first hearing and over analyzing my calls but now I have to say I cant live without it. Its really nice to be able to share recordings with coworkers on feedback or go back and listening to your previous calls to make sure you have follow up and notes down correctly. I highly recommend gong now.

Although just about everyone is mentioning Gong, a cheaper alternative I've used recently to more easily organize calls and track key points in the zoom recording is Grain.co

It doesn't have any of the bells and whistles of the other conversational intelligence tools mentioned here, but it may be worth checking out if you're an AE looking for something more accessible and searchable than dealing with Zoom's clunky recording library.
