Have you ever Fanboyd or Fangirld for a company?

I had the opportunity to have a meeting with a company I am such a fan of. I'm on their site a couple times a week to window shop.


Last week I set up a meeting with them today. It went even better than I could have hoped for. The craziest part, it's a family company and the Dad and one of the brothers are on a tv show I watch. I had no idea about that until today.


Long story short, I Fanboyed the hell out of it. Even told them as much. Even though it was just a disco, 99% sure this is going to close.


So, back to my original question. Have you ever Fanboyd or Fangirld for a company you were reaching out to?

Yes. I worked on a deal for like a year with RED Digital Cinema. Huge fan of their video production gear.

I fanboyed Anghami the music streamer in the region...after the deal was done they sent me 1 year free premium membership...whenever I visit their office they give me the 6 months one too. I was one of their early adopters and always gave them constructive feedback to combat spotify.
