Oh boy! I have never given it but I had a friend who gave and passed, he said there is no prep required but he didn't enjoy it as he thought that test is not the right way to determine anyone's sales skill.

When I was early in my career, I had an opportunity to interview for a beverage distributor (spirits), which at the time I thought was like the Cadillac of sales jobs.
Perfect advice! Had a similar thing happen to me where I got an offer, then negotiated for a starting bonus due to my leaving behind a huge chunk of commission.
