Have you seen your spam emails 10x like they took a Grant Cardone class!? [Off Topic]

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed a crazy increase in the amount of spam emails.

Legitimately close to 10x.

I have no idea why or how, but I'll get 10 of the same emails at a time from slightly different addresses.

Have any other savages seen the same thing lately?

Side note: if anyone needs any help finding mail-order brides, I'm sure I've got the connect in there somewhere (about 100 times)

Somehow that’s worse. Like I get the online casino, dating etc. stuff coming like that. Or getting multiple messages to the different inboxes I receive. Such a waste

I've been getting lit up by Primerica people on LI trying to add me to their downline or whatever.

Some of the messaging has been targeted at people who aren't working.

SO. DAMN. LAZY.

A lot of emails saying they have been trying to reach me about extending my car warranty… Also a lot of overseas manufacturers that are wanting to discuss us distributing their products and I get 10-20 of those emails a day in my spam folder that are all from the same person.

Glad I'm not the only one - misery loves company.

It's just so poorly done.. If there was any way in hell I might have clicked one that chance was eliminated by ridiculous amount of repetition.

I am also getting a lot of spam emails that have viruses embedded in them. Emails coming from a legit customer saying they need me to review this invoice or to submit costs for a bid request

I noticed that too. I actually get between 20-30 emails in spam. I don't really care about it, because most of it is advertising, so I don't open it, I delete it right away.

I checked today after a couple days off and not only is it spam (as you know some aren’t spam and it’s actual prospects replying) but I had a looooaaadd of phishing ones about fraud and credit cards etc etc

Those are usually pretty easy to spot but sometimes they can get quite sneaky.

In line with this I also noticed an influx of companies saying I have set of direct and recurring debits with them - when contacted the company saying ‘I’ve never even heard of your company’ they’ve replied saying their EPOS or POS has been hacked etc so worth checking!
