It's a tough thing to do.  Part of the reason Clubhouse is rocking.  It takes the pressure off video.

I use video for all kinds of things... 
Prospecting: I'll send quick (1 min) videos in cold emails 
Demo prep: I'll send a reminder before the demo with a video re-explaining what we'll be covering
After demo: summary of the conversation, next steps, etc.

Video is great right now.

Have used HippoVideo & (recently moved to) OneMob heavily since virtual selling became commonplace. 

At first it's awkward, but with a little practice you'll be making Spielberg-caliber videos for your buyers in no time. 

They love it, & guaranteed you will close more stuff in a remote selling landscape.

I've used Drift video but I've got a face for radio, so I try to stick to traditional methods.

Tried it for prospecting. Since I sell to salespeople, it’s like fast fashion. We don’t really get excited when we see videos anymore. But it’s worked well during the entire sales cycle though.

Here's my tip: If an email will take you 10 minutes or longer to type, send a recorded video via Loom or Vidyard instead.
