Very recently a large number of recruiters and headhunts have reached out. Much like a sales executive the quality of outreach and response varies greatly. Some have been fantastic while others have lacked in many areas.


When reviewing new opportunities whats your preferred approach? Personal research, network referral, so on and so forth.
