Hi generals!
You cannot enjoy the fruits of your labour without your health. In the past 3 months I've fought some very strong internal battles that were messing with my gut and overall energy towards life. I discovered a couple of things (maybe not discovered) that truly helped me overcome the strongest parts (2 month + diarrhea, depression, fatigue, anxiety and stress).
Some of those things were:
- Turmeric and black pepper - drink them in a tea and add them to your food, game changers!
- Honey - real honey - the medicinal properties of honey are incredible - its the closest liquid compound on our earth to our blood - add it to your diet.
- Water - we are 72% water - drink clean water and drink plenty of it.
- Acupuncture and cupping therapies (coffee enemas as well).
- Daily exercise, even if you feel sluggish - just do it!
- MAKE YOUR FOOD YOUR MEDICINE, or medicine will be your food.
- Eliminate sugars, sodas, empty carbs.
- Oil is good, just not canola or vegetable - go for olive or avocado or coconut oil - forreal - just do it - your stomach will appreciate it.
- Do things you truly enjoy - uplift your soul.
- Breathe with consciousness.
- Be grateful.
- Enjoy the randomness and let go of your desire for control.
- Be nice to yourself.
