Help! - iPhone users, do you use the "Deliver Quietly" option for push notifications?

Guys please help. We are building a mobile app for the WR and wondering about this question. Here's how it looks:

I prefer to use the do not disturb option for all notifications. Not sure if this is the same or not, though.

I turned off notifications to be honest. Otherwise, I'm always getting distracted. Only left calls and texts on.

I had no idea this was a thing but for sure will be shifting a lot of my notifications to this. If you care about having the option might be a good popup when you download the app. Similar to apps asking for your location

Notifications will NOT appear on the Lock Screen, but the app will badge (red circle with numbers). Good theory to keep your notifications screen clear, but who doesnโ€™t want war room updates all day?! Motivation. Fire.
