Zoom is the gold standard. There are some flashy ones like salesintel and Seamless, most powered by zoom regardless. Ran others in trials and zoom was always there and always will be in KY toolbox

Not a big fan of Seamless in terms of data quality. LeadIQ is a great alternative.

LeadIQ best I've used so far. Our business has used Zoominfo, Seamless, and Cognism. Trust me, LeadIQ coupled with Outreach, Sales Nav, and SFDC is the best and easiest to use stack I've seen so far. The integrations all work flawlessly.

Complaints about the others:
- Cognism: Data quality is mediocre and the integrations are weak
- Seamless: Wouldn't choose this for the integrations alone. PITA getting contacts into SFDC and a tool like Outreach/Salesloft. Way too manual. That coupled with the data quality being quite poor in my experience
- ZoomInfo: Everyone hypes this one up and it's definitely a slick tool but I also was kinda disappointed by ZoomInfo. Mainly because the tool just missed so many contacts at the Mid-Market/SMB level. The main benefit I saw with ZoomInfo was org-mapping but any rep worth their salt can figure out a reporting tree in a company.

Just my 2¢....

ZoomInfo in NA, our EU reps use Lusha however due to GDPR.

Most of the times, Seamless.ai is a good source of information, however, zoominfo is key for leadgen

I never tried any of the above. I just google the company phone number and then just ask for the specific department head (b2b sales).

zoominfo and I can't stand it... apparently, it's great for automatically pushing data into SFDC but oftentimes the data is inaccurate. especially with company size.

Nothing is totally perfect.  For the most part it gives decent data on potential contacts plus mobile phones.  We have been using ZoomInfo for about 1 year in conjunction with DemandBase, which also gives Intent Data.  And, Yes sometimes not very accurate.

Sales Navigator is used too.

Zoom, but also I sell to a market (legal/finance) that has a lot of direct dials and emails on the websites

Lusha is great, but it will scrape your company's CRM so don't run it with your work domain name or on your work laptop
Otherwise ZoomInfo any day- still hardly has any Australian or New Zealand numbers but good account intel.

I'm all in on Zoominfo, but Apollo.io is a solid addition for emails, especially with some of the bigger orgs that change up their syntax.

ZoomInfo is second to none. No other tool out there is going to give the accuracy they do. They also have millions of mobile phone numbers which is essential for prospecting during the pandemic since people are not by their office lines. Outside of contact info, being able to see real time intent data, firmographics, funding, internal company moves, and department budget puts you so far ahead of competition when trying to engage with folks at the right time.

Lusha's pop up feature on a web page is more annoying than helpful. Zoom is the lowest risk investment.

Bonus points if you can integrate the functionality into your team's workflow so that they don't have to bounce in and out of multiple tools to do it.

Would be ideal if you could integrate a "simply ask" style feature in slack. "Who's the CFO of LordBusiness, Inc?" beep boop - here's the info.

It's really good, just shows that any one can over complicate a simple idea and burn it to the ground. Also the CEO's wife was crazy
