Help! - Sales Leadership Consultancy/Contract Opportunity

What up, WR people!

I have my first opportunity to perform sales leadership consultancy/contract position for a newer company in my space. The work would involve direct management and coaching of a few AE's, and the building of sales processes, cadences and scripts. In addition, I would also be responsible for building email and text sequencing. As you can probably gather, the current sales process at this company is pretty rudimentary - no real process, no tech stack, etc.

My (broad) questions are - How do I structure my contract? What pitfalls do I look for in an opportunity like this? What questions should I be asking the company? Is there something else I should be considering?

For a bit of context, the work itself is right up my alley. These are all things I've done before and they're all things that I love to do. The gray area for me, comes in when these responsibilities are combined with a contract role.

Any advice you've got, lay it on me!

I'm still a pretty low level piece of trash sales rep so I can't really help personally...

But I'd try to get in direct touch with a few of the leadership guys within this platform. Feels like @sahilย and @GeneralCorpย would obviously know but maybe @BigMeechย or @funcouponsย have insight.ย
