Greetings all,
I have been instructed to create a new job description for myself and I would appreciate any assistance you are all willing to share. The reason is so there is a greater buy-in from myself.
I am changing roles / relocating with my company. It is moving from Territory managing the larger areas, to a few smaller territories.
My boss has instructed me that my extra time will be spent hunting large projects across the country and being the intel gatherer, who then shares the information for the people in that region.
They are calling the role -National Projects officer-, but it is really an SDR role. RIght?
Any tips for writing a good job description? or should I hop back on google and dig?
P.S. Please share any thoughts or feelings, doesn't have to be relevant at all.
