I'm going to keep this very fucking simple:

Your reps are not low-hanging fruit for you to sexually proposition and/or assault. In fact, they are your responsibility as your subordinates; you are here to help them make the right decisions both at work and, if you're good, in life as well.

The people who report to you are not your next opportunity to fuck someone in the office or at a work function. If you find yourself out at a team event where you are drinking, do yourself a favor and switch to water when you start thinking that such-and-such over there is cute. She's not being nice to you to fuck you, she's being nice because you're her boss. Don't be a fuck face--and if you think the opposite of what I just said, quit your job. Fuck face.
