There are a bunch of threads in here about advice you'd give to your younger self. Start there. The community here is big on Chris Voss it seems so read his books. Find somebody in your company (if applicable) to shadow. Really get to know whatever it is you're selling.

I think finding the right people to shadow is like the best thing you can do for yourself.

Really get into it with them, and make mistakes, and bounce ideas of them. Personally all the major growth I've had in sales had come from being with the right people and failing, and learning form them.
