One of my favorite selling books of all time. I read it at least 5 times my first year selling.

LinkedIn is a great starting source, not to say anything about this WAR ROOM - I think the most genuine tips and content is in here.

There are a bunch of threads in here about advice you'd give to your younger self. Start there. The community here is big on Chris Voss it seems so read his books. Find somebody in your company (if applicable) to shadow. Really get to know whatever it is you're selling.

I think finding the right people to shadow is like the best thing you can do for yourself.
Really get into it with them, and make mistakes, and bounce ideas of them. Personally all the major growth I've had in sales had come from being with the right people and failing, and learning form them.
Jackywaky is the guy who brings the VALUE to the party. thanks for the great content that you share mate!

Follow Josh Braun on LinkedIn (daily posts about things you can actually test out on your next call/email) & read Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss
Learning effective ways to ask for business/signatures is one of the biggest hurdles new reps have to overcome in a first time closing role. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable!

Know your competitors so you can lay traps. Before I joined, I demoed every competitor and it's help me differential and win consistently.
a calendar or something of the sort that helps you stay organized and plan out how you will attack each day. I recommend "The High Performance Planner" by Brendon Burchard.

Practically, make sure you can weather a hurricane of "No" – you won't survive otherwise.
Book-wise, Jeb Blount's two books have been good ones for me – Fanatical Prospecting and Objections
