Really interested in your feedback/opinion on this...
Let's say you hit your annual quota by June and your company doesn't just want you "skating by" the rest of the year (silly thought bc I want more money but whatever). Anyways so the plan is to raise my quota, by quite a bit.
My question here is do you expect a salary raise too?
Backstory- was the only person to hit quota last year so I got a raise in my base from $60k to $90k in Jan.
Even with the raise in January, wondering if you'd expect another raise with quota raise. Am I just being an asshole?
