I just did this.
I was on the second call with a vp of sales big growing sw company.
I sent him what he asked for in an overview of how I would aquire a customer.
When he got it and we were zooming, he said he was dissapointed in that I didnt name the company, contacts, etc. I said I never do. Conflict for me. He got perturbed. I found that odd. I apologise and tell him I can do a canned on but not a customer name etc. He got abrupt. I ended the call but not the zoom. I didnt leave. I said a very rude thing. He heard it. All I could say was I was so sorry. Of course I meant it but lesson learned. END A ZOOM SESSION IN RED.
