How are your organizations helping to close the gap in the sales profession where there are not as many females which is statistically backed by LinkedIn?

By not hiring the same people over and over and over again...and expecting different results. If we limit our search to "people who already have sales experience", you're gonna have a problem.
If you broaden it to "people who would be GOOD at sales"...you have no talent pool shortage. Then it's up to your organization to unlock that talent.

"unlocking the talent" as you say can be a MASSIVELY heavy lift, that most companies and sales orgs simply don't have the resources to do. Sure if your Gong and you've just raised your 1 billionth $ of VC money, you can build out a 20 person training org - but for most companies its just not in the cards. Where most places go wrong though is in instinctively hiring carbon copies of themselves, not realizing their are many different ways to be successful in selling.
