How can a new SDR stand out positively

I'm about to start my first job as an SDR and I'm super excited. I know it's gonna be a grind but I'm looking forward to working at my company and getting in the weeds.

what are positive things that you love about your coworkers that is rare to come across?

Consistency.

Take feedback and actually implement.

Do not blatantly stat pump.

You need to adopt a quality over quantity approach. However, you can't get to Quality without 'x' amount of quantity.

Ask for 15 mins of the best SDR's time, and pick their brains on what works and what doesn't.

Be very, very weary of burn out. Take the rest you need, when you need it.

Lastly; develop some tunnel vision. I wish I had done this much, much earlier in my career. Focus on small improvements to your game.

GOOD LUCK.

The best SDR’s I’ve worked with are naturally curious. They want to learn because they want to know how/why things work. This means they’re open to trying new things A/B testing, being creative in coming up with ways to get more attention from prospects.

Especially early on, a big thing is connecting with AEs, top SDRs, and other leaders to learn.

Then those people you met will mention to your manager," I just met with @new they seem like a great fit"

But your numbers still need to be in the green

By killing the requirements of the job. Sales people get noticed for….. selling.

You could try making all the Execs and manager types your buddy.

be willing to learn.
