How could I get my deposit back on Bravado Academy?

Hi,

I finished the Bravado Sales Academy, but could not be able to receive my deposit refund.

I reached out to the community managers via email, facebook, instagram and linkedin. I do not know what else should I do at this point. Could you share your advices please?
