How did your quarter end?

Hey Savages,


I know many have over achieved the numbers, some were at the borderline and some were far away but it doesn't stop us from celebrating the new challenge that's ahead of us.


Though I didn't reach my numbers I am excited about the new months ahead of me. What's your story? How did your quarter end?

It takes the pressure off when you're looking at a light quarter.ย  Even had the VP telling me she wouldn't be unhappy to get a couple of deals I've been working in early Q4.

Q3 was tough, had to grind to the finishline. Q4 is our playoffs and the pipeline is STACKED already. Should blow quote out of the water by mid November.ย

I didn't hit quota, but did well and the daily effort was there. Just had some stuff push that should come through the next two weeks.

But, my CEO saw me Thursday and said "congrats on hitting your number".

Yea, definitely felt good about my performance, but the conversion just didn't happen. Oh well, just need to build more pipeline so I have more margin next EOQ.

I did correct the CEO and we both laughed it off.
