How do y'all get so many commission points in a quarter?

@CadenceCombat and @fuzzy are killing it? What's your secret?

I spend too much time on here in the form of procrastination and distraction. Early-ish member. And I really wanted to secure a spot in the first ever Quarterly Top 3 so here I am.

Apart from that, I'm hoping being an early adopter and heavy contributor will pay dividends as the platform grows.

Also, I kind of naturally love talking about sales.

Lots of referrals as well. Those 25 point bumps are huge. But ultimately it is just engagement on the platform. I think Fuzzy did the math once and one of them, I forget which, was averaging 40 comments or posts a week.

That would be me 😛 he seemed to be calling me out like that was a bad thing though.

We’ve been battling back and forth for 2nd place so 🤷🏻‍♂️ I do want to earn points but I legitimately try to make all my posts a value-add, especially as of recently.

I joined 2 days ago and was overwhelmed. Since it's a new quarter now, feel like I have a real shot here now, lol!

Wondering if the people who crush quota here in commission points also do it in their jobs...

Referrals grabs you 25 so if you got them it will catapult you way ahead.

Content creation is also important if you have a good post (original preferably) and has engagement you get your post is on fire notification and adds you 10 points.

FEELINGS- Your commission is annual (ARR) but the customer paid monthly (MRR) and if there is a churn in the next few months, the company will deduct by increasing your quota and taking the equivalent amount $$ from your quota in the next month.
