I see where they are going with this and definitely think there could be some benefits but it's also introducing a whole range of biases. Asking the question "What did your parents do for work?" seems irrelevant to my abilities. I think I get where they are going with the assumptions but would that mean I am less qualified becuase my mom is a doctor?

I checked the "wave of the future" button but I think a lot of us are already doing this, but just not with "AI or data", a lot of us hire based on those "key intangibles" that we think we see in candidates all the time. One thing I can agree with the article on is that past experience is a terrible metrics to base hiring decisions on. Really cool technology though, something I'll add to me "take a demo to dive deeper" list.
