One of my previous companies had a tool called Bonusly. I think it is great for remote work. Each employee gets 100 tokens to give away to employees per month. Those tokens can be turned in for gift cards, donations to charity, etc.
Originally, I admittedly thought it was kind of dumb. But now I think it would be so easy to thank an SE for a perfect demo by sending them 50 tokens or something.

My last company had Bonusly. It was a lot of fun. We really enjoyed it.
I've noticed that an early release on Friday is better than most incentives

Cater it to the team.. Some like happy hours, bottle of champagne, special sushi lunch, or just an extra day off
Paid/expensed lunch, early off on friday. Or a paid happy hour after a good period
We have that also happy hour drinks are the best
