How do you create an impact at/after your DEMOs?

It's a part of the job and routine, for sure yet,


Creating an impact can go far beyond


I make sure am confident

Preparation is done decent levels

Persona level questions prepared too

Dressing professional and fine

Understanding the requirements and ofcourse more problem related discussions


End with making next move on the progress


Lastly, the email summarising what happened in 5-6 points

Look your objective behind a demo is to get another meeting scheduled for an action plan or mutual action plan. Why I said meeting because you put your prospect in a position whether they will commit to you or not. 

So in this next meeting you want to discuss the tentative timeline and address concerns and delivery it has worked for me. This puts the prospect team in a rush to see if you guys or a fit or not. If they don't have the time they will tell you in the meeting what they have scheduled.
