How do you deal with an unrealistic monthly quota?

Currently at my company, BDR’s are expected to get 8 opps per month. No one has come close to this mark.

Hop. Tech sales is a skillset in demand. I've had multiple interviews a day every day for a week or so. If you have some demonstrated performance, companies will grab you with both hands.

Leverage the data to point out flaws to management. If that isn't an option then hop on angel.co and find you a new joint.

Yeah I have to agree here. If you're ignored or waved away then vamp.

Our team is the same way. We only have 1-2 reps actually meeting or exceeding quota. Whenever the entire team struggles that much, it seems like the current processes simply aren't working. How does your team typically go after opportunities?

We get a master list from the marketing team. That gets divided among the BDR’s. We then use Zoom info if we need additional info.
