How do you deal with loud obnoxious coworkers you sit next to in an open floored office?

Call them out and get your manager involved. I had this same issue and I just told him to keep things related to work. Problem kept happening so I got my boss involved because it was so distracting to me and others and finally the boss made the problem go away.

Beats wireless headphones. Also keeps the new guy from asking too many questions because you can blatantly ignore him.

YES! We had an office like that. Either you deal with it, or go wireless and walk away lol

You have two options: Confront them or get louder than they are.

This would be my nightmare.

If I’m ever in this situation, I genuinely feel sorry for whoever the poor fuck is thats next to me.

I would unleash all hell until they wet themselves and learned that you don’t fuck with this alpha bitch’s zen.

ear buds are a help and asking them to quiet down might be a start.

Jimmy rig their chair to fall to the ground when they sit down, set their desk up in a different spot, get louder than they are

It could def work. Start a false fire in the office and see how they react

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
I say shit. To go the nice way, just be like "hey, I'm not trying to come at you but I've had a few prospects bring up how loud it is and I think it might be you. Is there any chance you can keep it a bit quieter?" If you don't be feel like being nice just say "yo, you're really fucking loud and you need to cool it."

Start picking at everything they do that’s wrong when they’re talking to prospects. Soon they’ll lose all self confidence and start talking quieter or go into a conference room

I usually will just use at as an excuse to go to an empty office and do my calls from there. An office and being alone like that for me makes me feel significantly more productive.
