Itโ€™s in the expectation setting. Understanding how your supervisor works and how best to support them. It keeps you both aligned by defining this is your 1:1โ€™s. That way you know where you stand. Iโ€™d bring an agenda to every 1:1. Being proactive and asking, what you can do better. On the flip side, if you make this a consistent practice itโ€™s likely your mgr will catch on and hopefully ask what they can do to support you.ย
