Blow it up
Cold Calls don't work for me, but warm calls do. IMO cold calls = no previous intel on the company, just randomly dialing the number and pitching blind. Warm call = you know why you calling, know the company and feel you have a real solution to a problem they know or may not yet know about.

Make a list called SWOT which stands for the company's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

Then make a second list of your most profitable customers. Identify what makes them profitable, their story, the pain points you solve, the unique issues they face, and their market position.

Then make a third list that combines the two. Ideally, you want to be looking for companies that are similar to your top earners while also fitting into the Strength and Opportunities areas of your SWOT list. This gives you a starting point to do searches for similar companies, and a story to tell of why you are reaching out which hopefully leads to some easy wins.

Weaknesses and Threats are good to know as they will help you handle objections or provide suggestions to your management for targeted growth/improvement to become more competitive.

its just too easy. either an obvious commish farm post or someone who is just desperate for engagement. Either way, there may be some actual decent responses here if anyone is in a good enough mood.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator - The bible. Any new lead / company that I need - I simply go to nav and get myself the titles I am looking for.
It's important to prospect in the accounts where even the marketing team hasn't reached out to yet - chances of your emails / calls being attended to would be higher that way.

ZoomInfo and LinkedIn for finding contacts. then primarily cold email to prospect. I'll mix in some cold calling to higher value contacts, but email is where I get the bulk of my meetings from.

Absolutely. I hardly cold call. Just do a lot of emails. A/B testing to see what works.
