Mamba mentality. Kobe never lost his swagger because he did the same routine every day. Get in the gym, so to speak. Consistently grinding will help you keep your mojo and you’ll pull yourself out of slumps with kick ass calls. You got this!

also, lots of caffeine

Just like you're doing, ask for help!  Here is a great place, but I'd ask people that you trust at the company.  People who are have a bunch of success and who are willing to help.  Keep your head up!

Depends what brings you up or down. I think detaching from outcomes helps you enjoy your high's while staying even-keeled + consistent outside of closing deals to mitigate/hedge against slumps. If the focus is providing value to both your company and its client, ensuring youre doing those repetitive, seemingly insignificant tasks consistently that lead to your desired outcomes, that type of mentality can help stabilize during the rough months.

The good news is opportunity is always somewhere new. Another contact in the company, or calling a new company. That alone fills me with excitement and adrenaline.

That or a slump buster. 😎

If you are just talking down numbers wise I will try to prospect. Pipeline cures all. If you are talking mental, I tell my girlfriend I’m quitting, go on a walk, and back to hitting the phones
