how do you handle managers that want to argue technicalities during your training sessions???

so some managers would rather play a pissing match during our training then actually train? other than docking their commissions how do you handle ego in the office?!?!?!

I say feed the ego, and use it to build trust. Acknowledge what ever they are having a pissing match about and show them how the training will help them with it.
