Old school, write down the tasks I need to get done at the beginning of the day, and check them off as I complete them.

I like actually marking things off of my list. An odd satisfaction.

Totally agree with this...
Even digitally, ticking off a box is nice. But NOTHING beats actually doing it on paper.

time blocks. and write the number of activities you want to do in those blocks on your calendar.
then write what you actually accomplished.

Typically I run on pure hate from my haters that never thought I’d be on top, but lately I use my calendar, a word document that’s like 300 pages long of notes from every day, and tasks I assign myself.

I had to force myself to write things out and put it all on my calendar in order to stay focused and get through the tasks I have set. What I don't get, goes to the upper part of the list for the next day.

So I try to measure time & numbers. I would recommend using time blocks and also have a daily goal of 5 wins - it could be 5 calls or capmaigns - just for you to say that you've done what you needed. What you do above that is just a bonus.

I like to plan my day, execute and track the tasks to see how closely I was aligned to what I had planned

To be clear I did not ask how to complete a list of various tasks throughout the day. I am looking for tips to hit specific outreach targets

The only way I get paid and ensure job security is by having opportunities to close and it usually takes 4-6 opps for every 1 close. If I don't have pipeline I become a liability instead of an asset and am easiest to then cut. Hence better get clients on the phone and buzz going so that I have job security. might be a little bit grim but it is the reality
