How do you keep your Pipeline filled?

I use salesforce, and my time management skills are good. Obviously the more people you speak to the more opportunities you have to keep your pipeline filled. Any good tips? I am rebuilding my copywriting business.

It’s all about the funnel. So you either prospect (start at the top) have someone prospect for you (pay for leads, get an SDR - somewhat qualified), or you get a partner program together that brings you into deals (qualified and closer to close). That’s really it.

It depends on your ACV and raw margin on product

Let’s say you’re in SaaS. Anything below 10k ACV should be filled with inbound : SEO, LinkedIn posts, referrals, brand.

Anything above means outbound will start to be valuable so multichannel LinkedIn + Email automations to help you generate leads


In your case, as any agency work, it’s too easy to end up with shitty clients so referrals + personal branding would be the way to go to avoid having to do too much cold prospection
