How do you keep your SDRs/BDRs motivated and happy?

Spiffs/competitions/bonuses are the biggest ones I've found that have helped keep spirits high. Outside of that, my team started doing virtual Yoga on Friday's and the impact it's had on energy and actual results of bringing in meetings in has been pretty awesome to see!

Respectfully disagree, I find SPIFFs to be super patronizing and would rather be paid more/given a bonus. Idk what it is but SPIFFs always threw me back to grade school summer camp and a 20 dollar Starbucks gift card is not appealing to me.

Team outings funded by the company or bonuses is the best way to keep people motivated IMO

Learning opportunities and additional responsibility for SDRs that want to become AE. I was really driven when my manager and AE partner let me start running AE calls with them and helped me get ramped up to become an AE before I was one.

I like that idea and it also shows a pathway and commitment from the company even if that role isn't quite available yet.ย
