I'm working with a large multi-national organization. First closed sale with this org was a land and expand type approach with a mid-level DM. Now that my firm is "in", I'm having a conversation that will "expand" the relationship 6x. The problem is, new DMs keep getting introduced who have a new interest just when I feel we are going to close the deal.
How do I get the original DMs to move forward and break this deal up?
