How do you know it’s time to walk away from a company?
Is it just a rut, or should you leave your company? When is it time to walk away?

There are countless reasons why someone might leave a company... toxic sales culture, lack of innovation, uninspired leadership, lack of transparency, the list goes on and on.
What it comes down to is whether you feel like your current company is beyond repair and whether there’s nothing you can personally do to improve it.

A mentor told me once he had three things he looked for in a job:
1) Did he like the company culture and his coworkers 2) Was he learning new skills/gaining new experience 3) Was he making good money
As long as he had 2/3, he would stay. As soon as it dropped to 1, he left.
