How do you know when is the right time to switch companies?

How do you guys know when the right time is to switch companies for another Account Executive position?


We have a reputation of getting poached and I'm starting to get other offers similar or slightly better than mine. (aka More $$$)

You wake up daily not looking forward to your job.

You're unhappy, miserable, or bored.

You get a better offer with a great company.
