How do you know when it's time to move on from a company?

I look for three things:
1) Am I making good money
2) Am I learning both personally and professionally
3) Do I enjoy working there (culture)
If I lose 2/3, I am out.

Are these in order? Do 2 and 3 carry less weight than 1?

Nah no order in particular, I just need to have a minimum of 2 to stay somewhere.

I have a similar mantra. Gotta have 1) market leading service or competitive 2) good culture 3) good pay. Gotta have at least 2 to stay put.

It's ironic and it's the classic 'easier to say than done' as i Should have done time ago but, I think, In my opinion anyway, when you wake up and think 'Fs this again'.
No doubt. If "F this" is a daily thought it's time to dust off the ol' resume. I'm sure we've all been there one way or another...
If you’re feeling great and motivated and the moment you start your work day you think “F this” and you no longer harbour any good thoughts and sludge through your day - leave.

When you wake up miserable and dread going to work.
Yes. hopefully that would make it easy.
When you have something else lined up that you’d pour your heart into and make you feel fulfilled.
That's the dream: to have a passion project all squared away and lined up that we can hang up the suit & tie for.... One day!!
For me, its when I don't feel a challenge at work anymore/start to get the gut feeling that its time to move on.
I'll stay in a job if 4/5 of these are met.
