As an SDR, I'd still measure the amount of calls I made , how many conversations I had, and how many meetings I booked just as base line.

Still measure what can be done better from my call recordings, and follow up with the maybes or the ones that said their not interested. That was then 6 months later is now. IDK, I feel that's the grind I was taught and it's working for me.

Great feedback! How would you measure it if given a choice? Do you prefer using a system or a spreadsheet or paper? Do you use a software that you love? What are the metrics from what you mentioned above that matter the most to you being able to measure what you can do better?

that's a good question, i guess seeing the numbers help. I hate seeing them but it's necessary to know where you're at. Without measuring yourself you are just basing your success on your ego and that's no bueno
