How do you "rip the bandaid off" every morning while working remote?

Ive been having a lot of trouble finding motivation in the morning. We've started to go back into the office 1-2 times a week, and that seems to be a huge boost for my production, but the days I get out of bed, drink a cup of coffee and release my bowels, and head straight to my desk in the living room just doesn't seem to cut it anymore.

I have a patio, so I start the morning out there with emails. Get to be in nature. Get the fresh air to walk me up

Have a set schedule and force myself to be โ€œat workโ€ at a certain time. Also putting tasks I plan to do each day on my calendar holds me accountable. Whether itโ€™s calling people, sending certain emails, etc.ย

I will take multiple walks throughout the day to get some outside time and to refresh my mind. I'll try and workout three times a week after work as well. Keeping active w/ my social life is important to and keeps me sane since I do wfh.ย
