How do you stay motivated after having a rough month

What are some of the things that help you to keep going strong when it's been a minute since a win? And you feel like you're just putting out fires while your boss is on your case for not closing as much.

Love to hear what y'all think and try some of your ideas

It’s only sales, who cares about 20-22 working days. Β It’s in the past. Β If you think it mostly you know doing the right things, then improve. Β My worst streak was 4 months of nothing and then 200% annual quota hit next two months. Β

Let it go, happens to everyone, try to learn why it was a crappy month. Β

New months are new beginnings. My failures are ultimately on me and I own them and then throw them away and try again.Β
