Regional team meeting every Friday for 2 hours.ย

After that it's my catch up day to return calls, emails, double check deals, and start calendar planning for Monday.

Then it's drinky drink time ๐Ÿฅƒ

We have a team meeting every Friday as well, but it's not 2 hours!ย  That seems kinda rough...

Although if it's necessary at least you get something out of it.

Have that on Mondays. Would you prefer to end the week or start the week with it?ย

I use it as a wrap up & planning for next week day.ย

Usually I have a ton of shit I was supposed to do throughout the week that got booked over, so Friday is my day to handle all those things. I then also spend a half hour or so planning for next week, setting goals, etc.

Good strategy.ย  I also find that my customers are doing the same thing, so they're less likely to agree to meetings/demos on Fridays anyway.

Try to keep the same routine- till 3p, then I start to look back on the week catch up/tie loose ends etc.ย

Good call.ย  I try to keep it as a normal day too, with the added task of updating next steps and activities so I can stay off leadership's shit list.

Not trying to steal any of your steam here at allย  @HarryCarayย , but I've also got a similar thread if anyone is interested in another poll on this same topic!ย

Cool to see how everyone organizes their workload.

Thanks cheese. I should have checked the search bar first. Hard to keep up with everything thatโ€™s already been discussed!

No problem at all, I feel these are correlated rather than duplicated. No harm no foul. Just wanted to parlay mine in there.

You're right though in regards to keeping up. I appreciate how @BigMeechย has been aggregating some of the more common topics. Great to see the community actively bettering itself.

Happy Friday!

Team Meeting is sandwiched by client and exec meetings every Friday. So it's usually a 3-4 hour block of meetings followed by prep and last-minute contracts before signing out by 2:30pm

I make my SDRs get off by 2:30pm Local as well so they can get a few hours back in their day before the weekend starts.

Yeah, the exciting life of an early-stage startup Sales Manager where I not only manage, and sell but also handle a lot of client success meetings.ย

I take PTO every Friday in the summer but still work with customers* and get deals done just to let management know I only took off to not have to sit on internal waste of time meetings on my damn Friday. Itโ€™s one of the best things Iโ€™ve ever done it makes them so mad because they canโ€™t say shit.ย
