How do you win?

working at a dealership we have crazy quotas after the years 2020 and 2021, my boss is expecting quotas from 2019!?! we don't have inventory on new cars to sell. does anyone else feel this constant cloud recently ?

I think the recession has caused this to be a reality in a ton of verticals, not just in the auto industry. It’s tough, but I think things are starting to turn around a little bit.

I am in tech so a lot different for the vertical, but for me, if I can drive home the value and what they will give up by not moving forward, it typically helps to close deals. That being said, morale and performance have been extremely low across the board recently.
