We talk about every opportunity forecasted to close that month and discuss what’s needed to make it happen. It’s incredibly painful after the first week.

And it’s painful regardless of a good or bad month. We’re all adults here - I know how to update SFDC and will ask the appropriate people for help as needed. You’ll get the closed won email notifications as I close deals.

Yikes, this is very painful. We do this for the last two weeks of the quarter...DAILY. Its the worst...like after the first day we all just say the same things over and over again

The less meetings the better. I couldn't care less about my colleagues deals. If you pull the team away from revenue generating activities it better be worthwhile. Use the time to share specific insightful stories or brainstorming how to solve difficult problems.

We chat about things going on or changing within the business during our weekly team meetings. This is helpful because it feels like there is always new pricing, new features etc. Sometimes we will have guests from marketing, revops, finance etc to chat about cross collaboration and how we can best work together or things coming down the pipe from their departments. At the end we have time to chat about our deals and ask the team for any advice.

1:1 manager meetings are weekly and there is not set agenda. It's just chatting about how we are feeling, any roadblocks and any deals we want help with. It's pretty chill and not micromanaging at all - thank the heavens!

Sales Managers often assist AEs in closing sales (sitting in on demos, providing support in pricing calls etc). What can SDR Managers do to provide similar support?
