A post I shared earlier is that my employer gives us every 2nd Friday of the month off. This is one of the biggest perks I can think of. Holiday allowance, 12 fridays off and 8 public holidays.
That being said, how long until top talent in the industries start negotiating this into their contracts? How long until this trickles down to everyone?
Boris Johnson said earlier this week that he thinks cities will be revived by the arts and not just business, imagine having kids at school & you can make a matinee in town without taking PTO?
Just an example of the endless possibilities. Bit of a ramble on this one, but I don't think its far off. Spain is trialling it, PWC is trialling it over the summer, I believe Unilever too.
