How hard is it to go from a non technical SaaS product to a very technical one

Hey y’all,

I love my product and I have no desire to go anywhere else, but it’s not super complicated.

I’m not gaining any kind of knowledge on API’s or Containerization, big data, whatever, and I’m worried that if I stay in a non technical product too long, that I’ll have to take a large step back to enter a new industry.

am I over thinking it? Would getting some cloud certs help mitigate some of that concern?

thanks yall

You are overthinking it.

If you are in a position you are happy with you don’t need to worry about missing out.

Focus on what you are doing now. Excel at it. And if you ever need to move then you can use the knowledge that you’ve gained and the success you’ve had to your advantage.

I think that too many AEs move on from different positions thinking that the grass is greener somewhere else. Most cases, it’s not.
