Depends on your team lead, but from my experience it has been amazing

Planned town halls are one thing. Internal communication for process needs/changes? Good luck. ๐Ÿ˜’

We do daily team stand ups for the first 20 minutes of the day. Super helpful.ย

The sales org is great at communicating within the team which is all I care about.ย

Everyday? That's amazing. That's how it should be tbh

Yeah, everyday. We review KPIs for each member of the team from the previous day, do a quick sales / product training, and game plan potential deals coming in that day.ย

Most of the time I think my reps would agree itโ€™s helpful. We try to make it as useful as possible. Everyone hates a pointless meeting.ย

True but 20 mins is a short meeting. So it won't be redundant

Exactly. We block off 30 minutes but try to not go the full 30 to give people time to prepare for 8:00am demos / calls.ย

Great, tbh. We have team meetings 2x per week and our President is not afraid to call all hands meetings for important updates, or just come and talk to us in person. My team is in communication online all day.

I just started at a new company and I've spoken to my boss twice. So I'd say terrible internal comms

We got acquired a while back. It's a work in progress. I've never seen acquisitions end up as anything but a work in progress, to be fair.

The only time acquisitions work is when there's a proper culture fit
